What We Built
Axidra Cloud is a proprietary platform we built from the ground up. We didn't adapt legacy design software or bolt features onto existing tools. We started with a clear view of what building connectivity management should look like and built the technology to match.
The platform creates a digital twin of your building - a 3D model that simulates how wireless signals behave in your specific environment. Our RF analysis engine covers 30 MHz to 100 GHz, handling everything from low-band mobile frequencies to millimetre wave 5G and beyond. The same platform works globally, whether your buildings are in Sydney, Singapore, or Stockholm.
This isn't static documentation that becomes outdated the moment conditions change. Your digital twin evolves with your building. Add a new floor, reconfigure a warehouse, expand into an adjacent space - the model updates and the coverage predictions follow.
Who We Work With
We specialise in mid-rise buildings, industrial environments, and complex coverage challenges. Office buildings, warehouses, cold storage facilities, ports, mines, apartment complexes - spaces where connectivity matters but that don't fit neatly into enterprise pricing models.
Our clients range from single-building owners to national operators managing portfolios across hundreds of sites. We design solutions scaled to the building and the business, not inflated to meet minimum contract values. A small office deserves an affordable solution that actually works, not an overengineered system priced for a corporate headquarters.
This focus means we understand the environments we work in. We've solved coverage problems across the width and breadth of our nation and the diversity of its industries. The challenges are different from a standard CBD high-rise, and the solutions need to be too.
How We Work
We manage projects end-to-end. From the first enquiry through design, installation, and ongoing monitoring, you work with a team that understands your project and your business. Your contact doesn't disappear after the sale or rotate to a different account every few months.
Our process is transparent. You can see your building modelled in 3D, understand why we recommend specific solutions, and visualise the expected coverage before any equipment is installed. If you want to be deeply involved in the design process, the platform supports that. If you prefer to leave it to us and receive a working system, that works too.
For businesses with multiple sites, Axidra Cloud provides single-pane-of-glass visibility across your entire portfolio. See coverage status, equipment health, and performance trends for every building in one place. When issues arise, you know about them before tenants complain.
Flexible Engagement
Not every engagement starts with new infrastructure. You might already have wireless systems in place - WiFi networks, existing mobile coverage solutions, IoT deployments. Our BYON service brings your existing network into Axidra Cloud.
We build the digital twin, overlay your infrastructure, and provide the same monitoring and scenario planning tools we use for systems we design ourselves.
This means you can work with your preferred installation partners while still gaining the benefits of partnering with Axidra. We're a strategic partner for your building's connectivity, regardless of who built the system.
Built for the Long Haul
Axidra is an Australian-owned company with a presence in the EU, working with a global network of installation partners. We strategically partner with installers who do quality work and share our commitment to client outcomes.
Our systems are designed to evolve. Add new technologies as they emerge. Extend coverage as your operations expand. Upgrade components as better options become available. The architecture supports growth and change because buildings and businesses don't stand still.
This is the partnership model. We're not here for a single project and then gone. We're with you over your building's working life, helping connectivity evolve alongside your business.
