A sensor at each site that matters.
At each site our contractors install a discreet, autonomous sensor - fitted once, running continuously. The sensor watches the mobile operators' networks the way a device in the hands of one of your customers would receive them: passive measurement of every band, active testing of voice and data services, all day.
Secure, autonomous, discreet
Mounted once during installation and runs without further attention - no buttons, no scheduled visits, no IT overhead. Powered via PoE, self-contained internet connection.
Every network, every band, concurrently
The sensor watches each operator's deployed network as a customer's device would receive it: 4G and 5G NR in both NSA and SA, Private LTE/5G, and optionally P.25 Radio. Up to 30 bands per sensor.
Active service testing
Scheduled and on-demand throughput, latency, jitter, and voice call tests run alongside passive measurement - the experience your customers and staff actually get, not just a signal level.
Raw, calibrated measurement
RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, transmit power and neighbour lists read straight from the modem, on factory-calibrated antennas. No binning, no averaging. Measurement at the fidelity an engineer would capture on site, but always on.
A ~5-minute sweep cycle
Each sensor cycles through every deployed band around the clock, completing a full pass roughly every five minutes. Coverage is continuous in a way no periodic visit can be.
A continuous historical record
Every measurement retained at 5-minute resolution. Scroll back to any event, trend performance over months, evidence a recurring or time-of-day degradation.
A live view across your portfolio, alerts where you need them.
Every sensor reports into Axidra Cloud continuously. The dashboard gives a single live view of coverage across your operation: every site, every carrier, current status, full history.
Set thresholds on the levels that matter and alerts go out the moment something moves: into the dashboard, into the inbox of the team responsible, into your network management system or service desk via webhook, or let us handle it. Nobody has to be watching the dashboard for a problem to reach the right person.
Start with your trouble sites, scale when you need it.
A Monitor deployment usually starts with the sites giving you headaches, and expands once the operational pattern is proven. Installation is performed by our national contractor network, or using your choice of technology professionals.
Pilot, prove, expand
Most deployments begin with a representative set of sites, covering the building formats and regions where coverage matters most before rolling out further. The pattern is repeatable; the dashboard, alerting and integration look the same at five sites as at five hundred.
Predict subscription included
Every Monitor subscription includes a Predict subscription. Before any sensors are deployed, the modelled coverage picture at every site in your portfolio is already in Axidra Cloud, making the deployment plan straightforward: instrument the sites where the predicted picture, the operational stakes, or both warrant continuous measurement.
One platform across the rollout
From the first site to your full national portfolio, sensors share one cloud, one alerting layer, and one historical record. No re-platforming as the deployment grows.
Hire & short-term rental
Options available for temporary site monitoring and diagnosis of intermittent connectivity issues. Same platform, same sensor technology.
Emergency services radio, on the same platform.
For large public spaces such as shopping centres, transport hubs, hospitals, stadiums, and airports, mobile isn't the only network that has to work inside the building. Emergency services radio has to too: in back-of-house corridors, in stairwells, in the underground parking levels where a first responder might need to make a call. The same sensor capability that monitors mobile coverage extends to the radios first responders use.
The same sensor, extended.
A higher-spec variant carries P.25 alongside mobile, including the state Government Radio Networks built on it. Same dashboard, same thresholds, same alerting layer, same historical record - one platform, one record.
Where coverage is required by code.
In jurisdictions where in-building coverage for emergency services radio is mandated for certain building types, the continuous record is the evidence: a permanent measurement of how the system has performed, on demand, at every site carrying the requirement.
A natural pairing with IBC.
When an IBC system is designed to carry both mobile and emergency services radio, increasingly the norm in large public buildings, a Monitor solution with P.25 is the assurance layer for both. One platform across design, install, and ongoing measurement.
